A corporate filing and compliance services provider processed company registrations and regulatory filings by phone and by hand, then kept re-entering the same data into government portals. A configurable order status system
Each order moves through defined stages across departments, from received through filing submitted to completed, with clear ownership at every stage.
Automated submission to government portals
When an order reaches the right status, an automation bot retrieves the order data, logs into the relevant state portal, and submits the filing against predefined rules and checklists, updating order status as it goes.
Automatic completion on regulatory confirmation
Once the state confirms the filing, typically after a multi-week wait, the system advances the order to completion without anyone needing to check back manually.
Email and QuickBooks integration
Incoming emails are processed automatically, with attached documents associated to the correct client and order record, alongside full QuickBooks integration for invoicing and payment tracking.
