Privacy Policy

Who we are

This website is operated by AppsXone IT Solutions, a software company based in Hyderabad, Pakistan. AppsXone IT Solutions operates in the United States through AppsXone Technologies LLC. In this policy, "we", "us" and "AppsXone" refer to both. Project inquiries received by either entity are handled by AppsXone IT Solutions. If you have a question about this policy or about information we hold, write to info@appsxone.com.

What this covers

This policy explains what information we collect through appsxone.com and through our advertising, including lead forms in our Facebook and Instagram ads, how it is used, and who it is shared with. This is a static, informational website. It does not have user accounts, does not process payments, and does not store data in a database of its own.

Information you provide

When you submit the contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, business email, company and phone number if provided, the type of project, and your message. The form is processed by this website's own server and delivered to us by email; it is not sent to a third-party form service. To prevent abuse, the server also uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions and includes it in the email we receive. We use this information only to reply to your inquiry.

Facebook and Instagram lead forms

Some of our ads on Facebook and Instagram, run from the AppsXone Technologies LLC Facebook Page, include a lead form. If you submit one, Meta shares the details you enter with us: your name, email, phone number if provided, company name, company website, and your answers to the form's questions about your project, budget and timing. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss your project. We do not sell it or use it for newsletters unless you opt in separately. Meta's own handling of your data is covered by Meta's Privacy Policy.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. That means the pages viewed, your approximate location at country and city level, the device and browser you used, and how you arrived at the site, such as from a search engine or another website, and when the contact form is sent successfully.

We use this only to see which pages are useful and where people run into dead ends. It is not used to identify you as an individual.

Google provides this service and acts as our processor for it. Google's own terms are set out in the Google Privacy Policy and in how Google uses data when you use its partners' sites.

We also use the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta, to measure the results of our Facebook and Instagram ads and to show our ads to people who visited the site. It uses cookies and similar technology. It records two actions: each page you view, and a contact form submission when the form is sent successfully. It does not send your name, email address or phone number to Meta. It follows the same cookie choice described below. Meta's own terms are set out in the Meta Privacy Policy.

Your cookie choice

If your browser is set to a European time zone, which covers visitors from the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, we ask before any analytics or advertising cookies are set. Until you choose Accept, analytics storage stays denied and no analytics cookies are stored. Choosing Reject keeps it that way, and your choice is remembered so you are not asked again on every page.

If your browser is set to any other time zone, analytics runs by default when the page loads. You can turn it off at any time using the Cookie settings link in the footer, which reopens the same choice. Selecting Reject there sets analytics storage to denied and that decision is applied on every page you load afterwards.

The Meta Pixel follows the same choice. If you are asked, it does not send anything to Meta until you choose Accept, and choosing Reject keeps it off. If you are not asked, it runs by default when the page loads, and selecting Reject under Cookie settings turns it off on every page you load afterwards.

Either way, the Cookie settings link in the footer is available to every visitor and lets you change your mind as often as you like. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Doing so may affect how analytics measures your visit but will not stop you browsing the site or using the contact form.

Translation

The site is written in English. If you choose another language from the dropdown, the text of the page is sent to Google Translate so it can be translated, and that translation is provided by Google rather than by us. A cookie named googtrans remembers the language you picked so the choice survives as you move between pages.

Nothing is sent to Google Translate unless you choose a language. If you leave the site in English, no translation request is made.

Cookies and local storage

These are the items this site can store in your browser, and why.

Name Set by Purpose How long
_ga Google Analytics Distinguishes one visitor from another. Up to 2 years
_ga_<container> Google Analytics Keeps session state for the analytics property. Up to 2 years
_fbp Meta Pixel Distinguishes one browser from another, to measure ad performance and for remarketing. Up to 90 days
googtrans Google Translate Remembers the language chosen from the dropdown. Until the browser is closed, as it is set without an expiry date
axConsent This site Remembers whether analytics and Meta Pixel cookies were accepted or rejected. Stored in browser local storage, not as a cookie. Until the visitor clears their browser storage

The Google Analytics cookies and the Meta Pixel cookie above are only set once those services are allowed to run, according to the choice described in the cookie choice section above.

Third-party services

We use the following third-party services to operate this site:

  • Google Analytics, for site usage measurement.
  • Meta (Facebook and Instagram), for advertising, the Meta Pixel on this site, and receiving lead form submissions from our ads.
  • Google Translate, used only when a visitor selects a language.
  • Our hosting provider and content delivery network, which may log standard web server request data such as IP address, browser type and request timestamps.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data.

International transfers

We are based in Pakistan, and the services above are operated by providers who may process data outside your own country, including in the United States. Where Google processes data on our behalf, it does so under its own safeguards and contractual terms for international transfers, described in the Google policies linked above. Data collected by the Meta Pixel and through our Facebook and Instagram lead forms may be processed by Meta Platforms in the United States and other countries, under Meta's own safeguards for international transfers, described in the Meta Privacy Policy linked above.

Data retention

Contact form messages, lead form submissions and emails you send us are retained only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for our own business records. Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the analytics provider.

Your rights

You can ask us for details of what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you are in the EEA or the UK, you can also object to our processing of your information and withdraw consent you have given, including by changing your cookie choice through the footer link at any time.

Send any of these requests to info@appsxone.com and we will respond.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
