QuickBooks Desktop or QuickBooks Online?
We integrate with both. Desktop uses QuickBooks' QBXML interface; Online uses its REST API. The right one depends on which product you are actually running.
Can this sync multiple marketplaces into one QuickBooks file?
Yes. That is a common pattern: orders from Amazon, eBay or Walmart post into the same ERP, which then syncs a consolidated set of transactions to QuickBooks.
What happens if a sync fails?
Failures are logged with enough detail to diagnose the cause, rather than silently skipped. You see a failed sync the same day, not at month-end reconciliation.
