Manufacturing
Manufacturers selling through multiple channels need production, inventory and order data in one place, not reconciled by hand across systems. We have built ERPs for a camera manufacturer unifying Amazon, Walmart, HSN and Shopify with EDI built in, and for a custom medical device manufacturer with browser-based 3D scan measurement driving production.

Delivered systems in this industry.
Multi-marketplace ERP, EDI and logistics automation for a US consumer electronics brand
A multi-brand consumer electronics company selling through Amazon, Walmart, HSN, QVC, Costco, Shopify and eBay ran on bookkeeping software with everything else done by hand. We migrated it off Sage onto a custom ERP with native EDI, multi-warehouse inventory, landed cost, live carrier rate shopping and reporting, and we continue to develop it.
A US ORTHOTIC AND PROSTHETIC MANUFACTURING LABOrder-to-cash ERP for a US orthotic and prosthetic manufacturing lab
Every device this lab makes is built to one patient's anatomy, starting from a 3D foot scan rather than a stock SKU. We built the order-to-cash ERP end to end: browser-based scan measurement, production scheduling across two stages, a self-service doctor portal, and two separate AI integrations turning scanned paperwork and free-text data into structured records.
