Field Service
Field service and technical maintenance businesses run on technician scheduling, asset lifecycle tracking and workforce management that has to work whether someone is in the office or on site. We have built ERPs for elevator maintenance and HVAC contractors, a payroll engine handling complex workforce rules, and a safety-critical lone worker monitoring platform.
The services this industry uses most.
Delivered systems in this industry.
End-to-end ERP for an elevator maintenance contractor
An elevator maintenance contractor ran technician assignments, service schedules and equipment history with no central system, making it hard to see service status or plan preventive work. We built an end-to-end maintenance management ERP covering technician scheduling, elevator lifecycle tracking from installation through every service call, and structured complaint ticketing.
AN HVAC AND DUCT WORK CONTRACTORCustom ERP for an HVAC and duct work contractor
An HVAC duct work contractor coordinated sales, warehouse, installation and accounts as separate manual processes, with no shared visibility into stock or driver movement. We built a custom ERP covering sales orders, raw material inventory, project document management, QuickBooks sync and real-time delivery tracking in one system.
A US LONE WORKER SAFETY SAAS PLATFORMMaintaining and extending a lone worker safety SaaS platform
A subscription safety platform for lone field workers needed continuous, always-on monitoring: check-ins, GPS, SOS alerts and automatic escalation across many client companies on shared infrastructure. We inherited the live production codebase and have maintained and extended it since, including finding and fixing a structural flaw in how tenant data was isolated.
A SECURITY SERVICES COMPANYA configurable payroll engine for a security services company
A security services company with a large distributed workforce calculated pay manually against a complex set of salary rules, risking errors at scale. We built a custom payroll engine that applies the company's configurable salary and allowance rules automatically, replacing error-prone manual calculation across the whole workforce.
